Two Ways To Apply To Volunteer

1. Call 223-2763 to request a volunteer application package, or

2. Click here to download the Volunteer Application and Policies & Procedures Agreement. Complete the form and mail it to the address indicated. When your completed application is received by Neighbors InDeed, you will be contacted by the Volunteer Coordinator who will register you for an upcoming Volunteer Orientation.

Volunteer Orientation and Training

Orientation to Neighbors InDeed is required before a volunteer can work in any of the Programs or behind the scenes. Orientation sessions are held monthly and are scheduled by the Volunteer Coordinator.

Once a prospective volunteer has gone through Orientation, he/she advises the Volunteer Coordinator which service or behind-the-scenes program(s) is of interest. After that, the prospective volunteer will be contacted by the Program Coordinator to set up program-specific training (e.g., Information & Referral, Handy Helpers, Dispatchers, etc.)
